Kelsea is passionate about rethinking educational systems to be more supportive of the whole-child. As an educator, administrator, and educational consultant, Kelsea has spent the last eight years immersed in educational programs founded upon creativity, innovation, collaboration, and student agency. She taught Wayfinder directly for two years before transitioning into a support and training role within her school in Southeast Michigan.
Kelsea graduated with her Bachelors Degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2013 earning a degree in Social Studies Secondary Education, Central Michigan University in 2019 with a Masters Degree in Teaching and Curriculum, and is currently pursuing her K-12 Administrative certification.
She strives to create an educational environment where all members of the school community feel seen, heard, and valued.
