Sarah is passionate about education, human potential and development, health, and belonging to ourselves and each other.

Through the lens of sustainable agriculture and a focus on equality, education, and environmentalism, Sarah began her career facilitating education events and programming for youth empowerment and professional development in partnership with Community Farmers Markets throughout the CA Bay Area. Driven by her passion for creating meaningful experiences and fostering connection with community and sustainable food, Sarah went on to manage several farm to table style restaurants in central California where she developed a love for service oriented , sustainable business practices. She continued on in project management and sales roles with several startups in industries ranging from health and wellbeing to residential real estate. Sarah reunited with her love of youth mentorship with career development programming for high school teens at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice and Health Careers Institute at Dartmouth before joining the Wayfinder team.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in Social & Behavioral Sciences from California State University Monterey Bay. She is a licensed massage therapist and will always seek to generate growth oriented, supportive, healthful opportunities for her community.
