Tamara Wells is the Science Department Head of Metropolitan Arts Institute in Phoenix, Arizona where she teaches Biology, Earth and Space Science, Psychology, and is a Project Wayfinder/Belonging teacher and coordinator. She is passionate about scientific literacy, student agency, and sustainable solutions for a healthy and equitable future.
Tamara has a BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, and an MS in Environmental Science from Prescott College. She is the mother of three beautiful humans, and a perpetual optimist who practices relentless kindness.
