Do Not Track Policy

Project Wayfinder does not track your online activities over time and across third-party websites.  Because we do not employ tracking technology, we offer no response to “Do Not Track” requests transmitted by web browsers.

Email Communications

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you are interested, we invite you to sign up for purpose learning news and updates. We will send you email relating to your personal transactions. You will also receive certain marketing email communications, in accordance with your preferences, and from which you may opt-out at any time. We may send you service-related announcements on the rare occasions when it is necessary to do so.

Third Party Services

When you utilize our Services, you may be able to visit or link to other sites not operated by us. We do not control such sites and we are not responsible for the information practices of these sites. User accounts are personal to the registered user. In the event of the death of a user, the user’s account will be deactivated. Project Wayfinder cannot provide any personal information regarding the user or the account (including user name and password) to any family member, next of kin or legal representative without an order from a court of competent jurisdiction compelling Project Wayfinder to do so.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

Our Services comply with all applicable provisions of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (15 USC 6501 et seq.). COPPA is a federal law that allows parents to control what information is collected online from their children under the age of 13. To the extent COPPA applies to information we collect, we process such information for educational purposes only, at the direction of the partnering school customer and on the basis of educational institution consent.

We may amend our Children's Privacy Policy at any time. We will provide parents notice by email or posting on our website of any material changes in the way we intend to collect, use, and/or share a child's personal information. We will apply material changes in our Children's Privacy Policy only in conformance with applicable law, including any applicable provisions of COPPA that require parental consent.
