Sahara is a facilitator who brings her attention-to-detail, organizational skills, and compassion to the role of Operations Associate. As the granddaughter of an immigrant who had passion for education, Sahara is thrilled to work for a company with a mission that resonates so strongly with her family culture.
Sahara started her career in operations after spending a couple of years working and competing in the horse showing world. Her career has since focused in the startup space, working in both business operations and people operations. Most recently, she supported several tech startups divisions within a Fortune 100 company.
Outside of work, Sahara volunteers as a Big Sister with the Big Brother Big Sister Program, fosters dogs, and teaches children horseback riding. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog, Penelope, running, horseback riding, traveling, and painting.
Sahara earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University where she was a member of its NCAA Division 1 Equestrian Team.
