Wayfinder’s robust staff development program consists of ten live virtual sessions facilitated by experienced Wayfinder staff members and guest speakers. Our coursework includes storytelling, design explorations, experiential learning, intrapersonal + interpersonal reflection, and contemplation alongside traditional didactic methods.
