Nausheen has over 15 years of experience developing strong partnerships and customer relationships across roles in business development, sales, account management, and product management. Her experience has helped her quickly understand and cater to the unique needs of each customer in a personalized way. Her most recent work has involved working with school districts to help them provide better mathematics support in the K-12 space.
In her role as Project Wayfinder’s Director of School Partnerships, Nausheen engages her passion for supporting young people every day. Her devotion to this cause stems from personal experience in serving the special needs community. More than a decade ago, when Nausheen's son was diagnosed with high-functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), she turned this life-altering event into a solution-oriented wayfinding journey.
In an effort to give back, Nausheen has dedicated over 10 years to helping families find their way through the world of Autism by providing consultations and resources.
Today, her son is a junior in high school attending classes in both general and mild special education settings, and a member of the cross country & track team.
Born and raised in Canada, Nausheen has been in the Bay Area for over 20 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, East Bay in Business Administration. During her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with friends.
